What is Draw No Bet (DNB)?
Updated 1 October 2026
Draw No Bet backs one team to win, with your stake refunded if the match ends in a draw.
How Draw No Bet settles
Pick a team. If it wins, you're paid at the DNB odds. If the match is drawn, the bet is a push and the stake comes back. If the other team wins, you lose the stake. It settles on regular time.
Draw No Bet is the same bet as Asian Handicap 0 (sometimes written 0.0 or level ball).
| Result | You backed the home side | Return on a $10 stake at 1.60 |
|---|---|---|
| Home win | Wins | $16.00 ($6.00 profit) |
| Draw | Push β stake refunded | $10.00 (no profit, no loss) |
| Away win | Loses | $0 (β$10.00) |
Where the DNB price comes from
With the draw taken out, only two outcomes decide the bet. Using the same example match as our Double Chance guide β Home 2.10, Draw 3.40, Away 3.60 β the margin-free probabilities are roughly 45.4% home, 28.1% draw and 26.5% away.
Removing the draw leaves home vs away at 45.4 : 26.5, so the home side wins 45.4 Γ· 71.9 β 63.1% of the decisive outcomes. That is fair odds of about 1 Γ· 0.631 β 1.58 before the bookmaker adds its margin.
When people choose DNB
DNB suits a view like "this side should win, but a draw wouldn't surprise me". It pays less than backing the win outright, because the draw no longer loses you money, and more than Double Chance, because the draw no longer wins you money either.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to a Draw No Bet bet if the match is drawn?
The bet is a push and your stake is returned in full.
Is Draw No Bet the same as Asian Handicap 0?
Yes. Both refund the stake on a draw and settle as a normal win or loss otherwise.
Does a DNB push count in an accumulator?
Usually the pushed leg is treated as odds of 1.00 and the rest of the accumulator stands, but rules vary by bookmaker.
